To Our Community:
Normally we would be entering into a great Spring market. Well we now have a new normal. As a result, your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Governor J.B. Pritzker has issued an immediate Executive Order requiring all Illinois residents to stay at home in an effort to curb the spread of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). I would like for you to know; Prince Realty Group will be using various innovative techniques to keep marketing your home. We are in the process of adding virtual tours for all active listings to get continues online visibility to potential buyers, and investors. If you currently have an active listing one of our team members will be reaching out to you if there is not one already created. We will also be scheduling virtual open houses, to continuously bring our buyers and sellers together for the perfect transactional match. Please continue to follow us on our various social media outlets to see the visibility of our marketing outreach processes.
According to Illinois REALTORS®: The Executive Order provides that among the essential businesses and operations permitted are professional services, which includes real estate services. Among those, the Executive Order also specifically includes appraisal and title services.
If you have a closing scheduled, one of our title companies Chicago Title just announced the addition of “Curbside Closings to help facilitate your upcoming real estate transactions.
If you wish to stay in your vehicle to complete the transaction, pull up to our office, and we will come out to you! So, you will still be able to close your transactions in a safe space”.
Be advised the Executive Order contains guidance requiring the continued observance of the previously ordered preventive measures such as social distancing, hand washing and disinfecting. The Executive Order is aimed at preventing the further spread of COVID-19 in Illinois.
Prince Realty Group will be following all guidelines and requirements to ensure the safety of our community.
Please stay safe…
